Chimney Chase Covers
Chase covers are designed to cover pre-fab chimneys and can be custom-made made to fit any size chimney. They can also be put over masonry chimneys in place of concrete caps.
Almost 95% of pre-fab chimney covers are made out of galvanized metal, which rusts and deteriorates over time, causing stains down the siding, and leaks through the interior of the chimney.

Rain/Animal Guards

Half of all chimneys do not have rain guards, allowing water to leak down the terracotta flue tile and causing damage. The absence of a guard also allows birds, squirrels, and other undesirables to enter the opening and clog up the exhaust of the chimney. This is a dangerous situation that could result in carbon monoxide poisoning or fire.
